DINGO Flow Proprietary Software License Notice

DINGO Flow - DICOM Ingest and Go is proprietary, copyright-protected software. DINGO Flow is not open-source software. No license, right, title, or interest in DINGO Flow is granted except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, issued license file, or end user license agreement provided by Juan Pablo Devoto / DINGO.

Possession of DINGO Flow source code, release materials, configuration files, documentation, or other distribution materials does not grant ownership of DINGO Flow and does not grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell, publish, operate for third parties, reverse engineer, circumvent license controls, or create derivative works from DINGO Flow except as expressly permitted in writing.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Juan Pablo Devoto / DINGO.

Third-Party Components

DINGO Flow may include separately licensed third-party materials. Those materials are owned by their respective copyright holders and licensed under their own terms. Nothing in this notice changes, replaces, limits, or expands those third-party licenses.

No Warranty

DINGO Flow is provided under the terms of the applicable written agreement or EULA. Except to the extent expressly required by law or expressly stated in a signed agreement, DINGO Flow is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
